How To Track Your Order
To track your order, start by checking your email for updates. We send regular notifications to keep you informed about your order status. Look for emails from support@dop3merch.com, and if you don’t see any, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
You can also visit our tracking page here: Order Tracking. This will show whether your order is still in production or has been shipped. Typically, production times are 5-7 business days for clothing and 7-10 business days for footwear.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the subject line: "Some items in your order are on the way." This email will include tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Steps to Track Your Order
Click on "View Your Order"
In the shipping email you received, there’s a button labeled View Your Order. Click on it to be redirected to your order details page.
Find Your Tracking Number
On the order details page, look for the Tracking Number. It should be displayed there.
Important Step: Click on the Tracking Number
When you click on the tracking number, you’ll be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page. Here, you’ll be able to see your order status, which is updated regularly by the shipping carrier.
Additional Notes:
If you don’t see any updates immediately, don’t worry. It might take 1-2 business days for the shipping carrier to update the status of your package.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number.
